The impending point of no return. A time to refine. If not now, then when? The moon has granted us the chance to analyze our past actions in order to hone in on our future plans, for after this point, there truly is no going back.
At last, the overthinkers will be rewarded, even if it’s only for this brief moment of time. A second to hum and haw. The universe doesn’t give us much of them, so do take advantage of this. The moon has given us grace, and we would be foolish not to accept it. Luckily, this is one of the most visible phases of the moon. Since we can see every detail of its state, we are able to draw conclusions crucial to our journey.
Are our goals still the same as when we took our first steps? Who’s with us? Who’s not? Have our allies shown us a different side to them? Have our old enemies taken their place? What’s different from when we began this journey? I am certain none of you can say everything is the same.
Looking ahead, what do we have left to overcome? Though we’ve accomplished so much, there is still plenty that awaits us. Perhaps with an adjustment to our sails, we’ll have the energy to make it to the other end. What do we need to change about ourselves to endure this second half? Better yet, ask, “What qualities does the person who makes it have?”
Mindfulness. Don’t resist, but don’t force. I encourage you all to find the happy medium going forward and experience the joy of being fully aware but not giving into the reactive self.
